CONTACTORS CARD FAILURE
Problem description:
The Apisolis beeps red upon use after the ignition sequence.
Diagnostic:
Check the height of the two pins and their spring effect.
Solution:
Change the contactors card.
Temporary solution:
Straighten the resistor contractors to make contact.
Place a small piece of aluminum foil in the hollow of the resistor, making contact with the pin of the card that does not rise.
CONTROLLER CARD FAILURE
Problem Description:
No LED light when charging.
Diagnostic:
- Open the case.
- Disconnect the battery for 24 hours.
- Observe the electronic board, possible traces of defective components.
- Connect the electronic board to the USB port (still battery disconnected)
Do you hear a slight beep ?
- Si YES, proceed to step 5
- Si NO, proceed to replace the controller card.
5. Still USB connected, connect the battery.
- If the battery is charging: problem solved!
- If NOT: change the controller card
Solution:
Change the controller card.
BATTERY FAILURE
Problem description:
The LED flashes red or orange even after several hours of charging, possibly irregular flashing of the LED.
The LED does not light up and the Apisolis makes a slight beep during charging.
Solution:
Change the battery.
